About Our Subscriptions

With your Subscription, you will receive the ability to call in via radio or phone to Federated Communications to place yourself out on calls for service, and receive hourly status checks (as well as emergency status checks for emergency calls), and unit location tracking with CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) (CAD Access for Field Units Determined by Subscription).

The subscription is automatic and will run until canceled, either by written request or your manual cancellation. This service subscription is non-refundable at $50 per month for each device.

For Security purposes, as of 8 / 1 / 2024, no records checks will be able to be run via phone except in emergency circumstances. This must be done via radio on your dispatch channel

New customers (with the first month subscription of radio service) will receive one month of Tier 1 CAD access for free.
