Wade A. McNabb

Chief McNabb is the CEO & co-founder of Federated Global Ventures, LLC. He has 28 years of public safety experience in law enforcement, EMS, fire, dispatch & security. He is a former police officer & constable in Fayette.County. He is a 2020 graduate of NKU Chase College of Law with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.). He also has an MPA from Concordia University & a B.S.Ed. in Education from Kentucky Christian University.

Tony W. Coffey

Deputy Chief / CFO | Badge #1102

Dep. Chief Coffey is the CFO & co-founder of Federated Global Ventures, LLC. He has over 20 years of Law Enforcement experience at the state & county level, most recently as Chief Deputy for the Fayette County Constable’s Office District 1. He has a degree from the University of Kentucky in Arts & Police Studies from Eastern Kentucky University, and is also a licensed real estate agent. Dep. Chief Coffey also serves as our compliance officer & HR director.

Maj. Jason P. Kelly

Maj. Kelly is currently a Sworn Deputy Jailer for Anderson County as well as a volunteer firefighter. Former United States Army Motor Transport Operator with combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He has been working in some form of law enforcement, security, or fire service for the last 17 years. He has devoted his life to public safety and the well being of others, and furthers this by serving as the head of training and compliance for our agency.

Maj. Aaron C. Reynolds

Maj. Reynolds is a former Communications Officer with the University of Kentucky Police Department, & has been involved in Law Enforcement and Security for 7 years. He is an Eagle Scout, originally from Macon, Georgia, and is a lifetime achievement award recipient of Kawida Lodge of the Order of the Arrow, Scouting's National Honor Society. He continues to dedicate his time in service to his community. Maj. Reynolds currently directs Federated Communications, our Global Communications Center, which provides emergency call-taking similar to 911 centers for off duty police and security units all across the world.

Diane Bauer

Asst. Director Bauer is originally from Minnesota and moved to Lexington, Kentucky in November of 2019 to pursue an interest in having her horses professionally trained for competitions. She has over 35 years of customer service management experience, supervising between 25 – 45 employees. After moving to Kentucky, she was a dispatcher for a national horse transportation company, before taking a position with Federated Communications in April of 2023. Due to her level of experience, as well as her record of excellent service, she was named Assistant Director in February of 2024.

Hayden Palmer

Shift Supervisor | Agent #1003

Supervisor Palmer is a former Arkansas State Police Dispatcher. Originally from Osceola, Arkansas, Palmer moved to Kentucky in 2020 to be closer to family. Having served as a licensed private investigator for several years, the attention to detail and knowledge of field operations made Palmer uniquely suited for the supervisor position. Palmer serves as the nightshift contract liaison for Federated Communications, and is the main point of contact during these hours.

Wesley Ashwood

KY resident, having moved from IL 4 years ago. He worked at Galls LLC for two years, assisting with various steps of the shipping and manufacturing process for uniforms used by security companies, as well as the military and first responders. 

Donald Wheeler

Director | Badge #1051

Mr. Wheeler served in the U.S. Army from 1991 through 2007. During his final six years of service, he was assigned to the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) in a support role. He was part of the initial campaigns in both Afghanistan (2001-2) and Iraq (2003), and deployed four more times to Iraq before his discharge from the Army. After his discharge, he continued to serve as a military contractor with the Joint IED Defeat Organization (JIEDDO), the FBI Terrorist Explosive Device Analytic Center (TEDAC), and other organizations prosecuting the Global War on Terror until 2016. Since then he has been with several security companies as a security and threat analysis consultant and Security Account Manager in the healthcare and industrial security markets.
