In addition to facilitating communication, our dispatchers are equipped to assist in contacting local police, fire, and emergency medical services (EMS), as well as coordinating with tow trucks and animal control services when needed. We understand the critical nature of information in the field; therefore, field units can also request dispatch to retrieve and relay essential data swiftly and efficiently.
