Sergeant Jackson is a former Deputy Sheriff with the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, and former Officer with the University of Kentucky Police Department. He previously served in the U.S. Air Force (Combat Arms Training and Maintenance) with 50th Security Police Squadron. Born and raised in Winchester, Ky, he currently serves as our SRO Supervisor, where he is in charge of all school safety needs.

Reynolds is a former Communications Officer with the University of Kentucky Police Department and has been involved in Law Enforcement and Security for six years. He is an Eagle Scout, originally from Macon, Georgia, and is a lifetime achievement award recipient of Kawida Lodge of the Order of the Arrow, Scouting’s National Honor Society. He continues to dedicate his time to serving his community. Maj. Reynolds currently directs Federated Communications, our Global Communications Center, which provides emergency call-taking services similar to 911 centers for off-duty police and security units worldwide.
Asst. Director Bauer is originally from Minnesota and moved to Lexington, Kentucky in November of 2019 to pursue an interest in having her horses professionally trained for competitions. She has over 35 years of customer service management experience, supervising between 25 – 45 employees. After moving to Kentucky, she was a dispatcher for a national horse transportation company, before taking a position with Federated Communications in April of 2023. Due to her level of experience, as well as her record of excellent service, she was named Assistant Director in February of 2024.
KY resident, having moved from IL 4 years ago. I worked at Galls LLC for two years, assisting with various steps of the shipping and manufacturing process for uniforms used by security companies, as well as the military and first responders. I have always given my all to everything I do, and I will continue to do so.
Kentucky native, born and raised in the bluegrass. Have been in customer service in various styles of industries. From call centers, to towing companies. Have worked on and off throughout the years as a bouncer for various clubs and establishments throughout central Kentucky. Youth speaker in behavioral courses to youth struggling with life situations, and behavioral tendencies. But my strongest feature, is that no matter what, I will do anything and everything I can to assist those in need, and expect nothing for it in return.
Jacob Farmer began his career in security with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, where he developed a strong foundation in public safety and service. After gaining valuable experience, he transitioned to corrections with the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government, enhancing his skills in crisis management and community engagement. For two years, Jacob served as a 911 dispatcher for the same government, where he honed his ability to respond effectively to emergencies and coordinate resources efficiently. Currently, Jacob leads as the Director of Federated Global Ventures, where he is spearheading the new division, Federated 360. This innovative initiative focuses on alarm installation and monitoring services, reflecting his commitment to enhancing community safety through cutting-edge technology and comprehensive support. Jacob’s diverse experience and leadership drive his passion for protecting and serving the community.
Jordan has nearly a decade of experience in sales and management. He joined the Federated Enforcement Agency in early 2025 to lead the sales team. He enjoys establishing connections and maintaining relationships with clients. Jordan graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2016. Before joining Federated Global Ventures, LLC, he spent five years managing and selling at a gym, as well as managing a parking company.
